Eligibility of Use

By using TTC’s Site, you must be at least 18 years of age, possessing a valid Credit or Debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us at the point of purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you may use TTC’s Services only with the involvement and permission of your parent or legal guardian.

By confirming a purchase on TTC’s Site, you have authorised TTC to process a payment charge / charges on your Credit or Debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the product(s) and services(s) purchased. Products and / or Services purchased by you as a consumer are for personal or gift use and cannot not be used for commercial purposes and to derive any commercial benefit.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website where necessary to protect our business, customers or website security.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, please note:

  • Wooden toys are made from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, colour, texture and appearance are normal and are not necessarily defects.
  • Minor differences in colour may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
  • Product packaging, colours or minor design details may occasionally differ from website photographs.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, images and specifications where necessary.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Toys should be selected according to the child's age and developmental stage.
  • Adult supervision is recommended, particularly for younger children.
  • Toys should be inspected regularly for damage, loose parts or signs of wear.
  • Damaged toys should be removed from use.

Our products are not intended to replace appropriate parental supervision.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order on TTC’s Site, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • There is an obvious pricing or product description error.
  • Payment cannot be successfully processed.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Orders will only be fulfilled after payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfil your order(s) when we have not received payment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through the payment methods made available at checkout which includes Paypal, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX.

Products and Services’ prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Any applicable delivery fees, taxes or additional charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Singapore, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery fees, estimated delivery timeframes and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at care@thetreecubby.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. We will review the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue, where applicable.

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, assembled or damaged by the customer.
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, where the packaging is reasonably necessary for safe resale.

For eligible returns and refunds, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

Refunds will be processed through online store credits which will be valid for 180 days from date of issuance.

Promotions, Discounts and Vouchers

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts and vouchers on our Site.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period.
  • Discount codes must be entered before completing checkout.
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and does not accrue interest.
  • If you place an Order for a product less than the value of the voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
  • Certain promotions may not be combined with other discounts.
  • If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any promotional terms already agreed.

In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with redemption of that promotional voucher on the Site, we are entitled to close your account and/or require a different means of payment.
